Noticeboard

The practice is currently improving its telephone system and Wifi connection.  Disruption should be minimal however, we will notify patients of any known significant disruption during the changeover - expected March 2019.  Our Practice and its branch site will remain open during these works.  If it is urgent that you obtain medical advice and cannot speak to a staff member at the Practice during this period, please contact 111 for advice.

Extended Access appointments available from 1st October.

As part of the South Shropshire Medical Group, we are now able to offer patient appointments with neighbouring practices: Albrighton, Bridgnorth and Church Stretton.  The appointments available to Shifnal & Priorslee patients will be at an evening and a weekend.  Appointments are bookable via our Practice Reception Team.

Attached Services

The District Nurse

home_visitThe District Nursing Team provide similar services to the practice based nursing team, to patients who are unable to attend the surgery and are housebound. They also offer incontinence advice and are involved in palliative care. 

You can contact the District nurses on 01952 580379. The District nurse services should only be used if you are unable to attend the surgery.

The Health Visitor

The Health Visitor is a trained nurse, sometimes with midwifery experience and extra training in community health care. They have a special interest in the under 5s and the elderly.

They can be contacted on 01746 711958 (advice line).

Baby Clinics are run at St Andrews School (Childrens' Centre) Shifnal Monday 9.30am - 11.30am (except Bank Holidays).
