We understand that sometimes, a patient may feel that something has gone wrong or their experience has not matched those expectations. At this time, they may wish to make a complaint.
Many issues can be resolved there and then but some patients may wish to make a more formal approach to the surgery. We take all complaints seriously. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the Patient Experience Team. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.

If you are complaining on behalf of someone else, we need to speak to the patient first and ask that you have their permission to do so or we will need the third party consent form completed.
