Dear Patients,
We would like to inform you that after 26 years of serving the community of Shifnal and Priorslee as a local GP, Dr Shore will be retiring from General Practice work on the 31st March 2022. We would like to wish him well in his next role and thank him for the hard work and commitment over the time he has worked at the practice and the care he has shown for the patients of Shifnal and Priorslee.
The practice will allocate any patients impacted by Dr Shores retirement from General Practice to an alternative GP and will inform you of this change either by letter or text.
