One of the Government’s key aims is to reduce waiting times and improve access to general practice, as part of this work, we introduced Health Co-Pilot earlier this Spring which is now fully operational.
The next phase of this work is to improve our telephone system so that it can fully support and enhance our care navigation and clinical triage systems and improve access and experience for patients. .
One of the new key features will include the Call back option which will save your place in the queue.
Upgrades to our telephone system will commence 14th August 2024.
What this means?
This means telephone access via telephone to Shifnal & Priorslee Medical Practice will be temporarily unavailable from 12 noon, we are hoping to restore services early afternoon. During this period Health Co-Pilot, other online services, local pharmacies and 111 are available.
